Enquiries
When you submit a form, FFOP receives your name, email address, message and any organisation or course details you provide. These details are used to respond to and manage your enquiry. Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised staff.

Accounts & course guide
Account information is used for sign-in and account services. Guest course-guide conversations are not saved as account history. Signed-in conversations are saved to that account and can be cleared. Messages are processed by an AI service to provide responses; avoid sharing sensitive information.

Your information
You can contact FFOP to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Applicable data protection rights depend on the circumstances. You can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Links to Pearson VUE and Google Maps take you to separate services with their own privacy notices. Account services use browser storage to support sign-in.
