Focusing First On People was incorporated in the UK in October, 2006 to provide the BME community, particularly those from African and Caribbean backgrounds, to avail the opportunities in the Northwest of England. Our head office is based on a prime location in the City of Manchester that caters people from different backgrounds that are defined as ‘hard to reach’ and face disadvantage in learning and training, supporting them to move into employment or establish their own businesses. In past, FFOP also works with local schools, colleges and universities to spread awareness in young people for the best transition to work life.
